Wheel Cleaner CL

Koch-Chemie Wheel Cleaner CL — a powerful phosphoric and hydrochloric acid based cleaner for acid-resistant materials: rims, commercial and construction vehicles, washing bay tiles and machinery. Burned-in brake dust, rust stains, limescale and other inorganic dirt are removed very quickly and thoroughly, in an optimal combination of cleaning performance and material compatibility. This is the heavy artillery of the wheel range, and it's a professional tool.

Spray the diluted product over the whole of the pre-wetted area and avoid running. Allow to react for a short time, finish with a brush or sponge if required, then rinse off thoroughly with a high-pressure appliance. Available in 5L and 20L.

Read this before you buy it. This is a strong acid and a professional product — all the usual precautions for wheel acids apply. Never let it dry and never let it run. Never apply to hot surfaces. Keep it off anything acid-sensitive: unprotected or bare metals, unpainted aluminium, zinc, polished lips and chrome. Wet the surface down first to avoid hot spots. Wear appropriate PPE, know your substrate before you spray, and manage runoff in line with your local regulations. If you're not sure the wheel is acid-resistant, use Magic Wheel Cleaner instead — it's acid-free and safe on chromed and painted alloy wheels.
