Koch-Chemie Scraper With 10 Blades — a blade scraper with ten replacement blades, for stickers, decals and cured adhesive on glass. The blade does the lifting; the handle gives you the angle control that stops it becoming a gouge.

A note on where to use it: a blade belongs on glass. Keep it off paint and off plastic — for adhesive on either, let Eulex or Orange Power do the work instead.
