Heavy Cut - H9.02

Koch-Chemie Heavy Cut H9.02 — an innovative machine polish for fast reworking of heavily weathered paint, deep scratches, paint mists and sanding traces of up to 1,200 grain. Its extremely homogeneous abrasive grain delivers an extremely high level of cut with an excellent gloss level, and it polishes for prolonged periods without sticking, with low dust formation. H9.02 replaced H9.01, the change being a step up in gloss level from 5 to 6.

Shake before using. Apply crosswise with a rotary polisher and a lambswool pad (for sanding traces of 1,200–2,500) or the Heavy Cut Pad (for 1,500–3,000), at medium speed and medium pressure. Polish afterwards with Micro Cut M3.02 or Micro Cut & Finish P3.01 for the best possible finish. Available in 250 mL, 1L and 5L.

Handling: check suitability and compatibility before use. Don't use on hot surfaces. Protect against frost and excessive heat.
