Koch-Chemie Gelcoat Ultra Heavy Cut — the most aggressive compound in the Koch-Chemie Marine polishing system. Built for heavily weathered, grayed and chalky gelcoat and boat paint, it removes deep scratches and fender scuff marks fast. Silicone oil-free with low dust and splatter, and suitable for dark gelcoats and paints too. When a hull looks beyond saving, this is where you start.

Shake well. Use a rotary or DA polisher with a heavy-cut, short lambswool or twisted wool pad. Apply 5 pea-sized drops, spread at low speed, then work crosswise (rotary max 1,000 RPM, DA at highest setting). Wipe off residue with a microfiber. Refine with Gelcoat Micro Cut on dark colours, then seal with Gelcoat Finish, Marine Protective Sealant or Ceramic Boat Hull. Available in 1L.
