Gelcoat Heavy Cut

Koch-Chemie Gelcoat Heavy Cut — a high-cut marine compound for reconditioning heavily weathered gelcoat and boat paint, with a very good gloss level for its cut. It removes graying, deep scratches and fender scuffs, and already delivers real shine on dark colours in the first step. Long working time without burning in, low dust and splatter, easy wipe-off.

Shake well. Use a rotary or DA polisher with a heavy-cut, short lambswool or twisted wool pad. Apply 5 pea-sized drops, spread at low speed, then work crosswise (rotary max 1,000 RPM, DA at highest setting). Wipe off residue with a microfiber. Refine with Gelcoat Micro Cut on dark colours, then seal with Gelcoat Finish, Marine Protective Sealant or Ceramic Boat Hull. Available in 1L.
